Yes. All SCL Essentials products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues with craftsmanship or materials within 12 months of purchase, we’ll replace the item free of charge. Simply reach out to our support team with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Each product ships with a care card specific to its material. Generally, wipe aluminum and bamboo products with a soft damp cloth. For leather desk mats, use a mild leather conditioner every few months. Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged direct sunlight. Proper care will keep your products looking new for years.

Standard domestic shipping takes 3-5 business days after processing. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Expedited shipping (1-2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Currently we ship within the United States only. We’re actively working on expanding to Canada, the UK, and select EU countries in 2026. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
Yes — all domestic orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping, no promo code needed. This applies automatically at checkout. Orders under $75 incur a flat $9.99 shipping fee regardless of weight or quantity.
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link from our carrier. You can also check your order status by contacting us at info@sclessentials.com with your order number. Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of shipment.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. We also accept opened items provided they remain in like-new condition. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are initiated within 1 business day. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different product, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time for you.
