When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when the item is shipped.
All prices are displayed in USD. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, and Klarna. All payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. SCL Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Custom or personalised items are not eligible for return unless defective.
