All domestic U.S. orders totaling $75.00 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping (5–8 business days). The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no promo code required. This offer applies to the order subtotal before taxes and does not include expedited or express shipping upgrades.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. If we experience high order volume, you will be notified via email of any additional processing delays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of shipment. Our primary carriers are USPS and UPS. Transit times begin from the ship date, not the order date.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging intact. We are also happy to accept returns of opened items provided they remain in like-new condition.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@sclessentials.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was sent in error, in which case we will cover return shipping. Custom or personalised items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 1 business day. The credit will appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
